Delivery and Postage:
Web based delivery is conducted through DPD or TNT.
* Orders obtained between Mon-Fri until 3:00pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be delivered on Monday.
* Orders obtained on Mon-Thu evening will be dispatched the next day.
* Orders obtained on Friday (PM), Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning only.
* All of our orders inside the UK are attempted to be delivered within 24hrs.
* Orders placed outside the UK - dependent on the location, could take 2-5 working days for customer to receive their order.
* Orders obtained from international customers will be posted through www.tnt.com, as a signed or tracked delivery.

The prices quoted are those applicable at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered higher or lower, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax.

We will post your order via www.dpd.co.uk, www.tnt.co.uk or www.postoffice.co.uk and there will be tracking or signed for information available for your postage details.
Please do provide the complete address for delivery, or for each country based the necessary information to obtain postage from the UK.
Our team will make sure we manage any postage within 36-48hrs of any orders received.
Customers will be provided with the postage ID and date relevant to postage. These details are necessary for tracing or tracking your order online or through the postal service.

If after you have checked your item(s), they do not fit or they are not suitable for any reason you can send them back to us. They must be in the same condition as received with tags intact and unworn. You must return your items to us

We recommend that you use either registered or recorded delivery, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us. Returns fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly.
For non UK customers International deliveries must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the goods. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service
that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost.

We manage customer orders within one working day.
If your purchased item is out of stock, We will refund you within 12-24hrs of order.
Refunds for returned item(s) will be made within 7 days of receiving postage.
Please note all transactions are made via Paypal and so they take a refund fee of 0.2% - 2.4% depending on amount.

Goods can be returned by Royal Mail or recorded delivery.
